WACC Meeting

No minutes were published for April as a quorum was not present and no business was transacted.
1. The lack of any real progress on a water system for the neighborhood was discussed at length. Apparently, there is an agreement with the City of Georgetown and some of the residents on Deer Draw regarding installation of an eight (8) inch line running east along Deer Draw and connected to the main in the easement west of CR 176.
2. Inability to effectively enforce deed restrictions continues to be a problem. Without financial support from home owners in Whitetail Estates, the only thing that the WACC can do is write letters, or plead directly with violators. This is not always effective and legal action is currently beyond our financial limits. There is also a concern that in today's litigious society, liability insurance might be necessary.
3. Larry Whelan would like to have help on the website. He needs someone who could do the posting, etc., under his supervision.
