WACC Meeting
December 4, 2008
Committee members present: Larry Gensch, Craig Barrick, Larry Whelan
1. Agenda read into record
2. Talked about web changes. Still need to add letter on pages. Otherwise comments favorable
3. WACC - larry g wants to get neighborhood more involved in wacc mtgs. Frank h resigned. Position will be offered to alternates. Neighborhood Mtg will be held in march about WACC happenings. Discussion will include rules, Fundraising, time will be offered to all neighborhood committees. Larry will schedule mtg. Larry G will reach out to county health dept for assistance in deed restrictions.
4. Water committee needs to provide list of current members, mtg schedule, list of responsibilities of each member by 12/15. Formal request will be made to Frank Hansen, Committee Chair.
5. Past account balance is $1911.81. Current availamle balance $1835.81. Check paid of $76 for two years post box. Statements will be made available to residents upon request.
6. Letter to neighborhood will be mailed out via service. Larry w will ask tommi. If she doesn't have time craig barrack will mail it. He needs the mail list.
