WACC Meeting
August 5, 2008
Committee members present: Larry Gensch, Frank Hanson, Larry Whelan, and Al Lutterman
1. Larry Gensch and Frank Hanson starting to work on spreadsheet to put together water project cost details based on layout. They may touch base with City of Georgetown and Precinct commissioner for input.
2. No new issues on website at this time.
3. We have had a response to two (2) of the letters sent out regarding violations. In other cases there appears to be some effort towards clearing up the problems. It was suggested that in cases where people are attempting to address the problem, a letter recognizing their effort would be a good idea. Frank Hanson will draft the letter.
4. Larry Gensch will talk to our precinct commissioner about enforcement options where deed restriction violations may possibly also violate county regulations. Could also seek advice about attorneys if it has to go that far.
5. Larry Whelan will follow up on requesting the documents related to the WACC bank account from Leslie. If Leslie is unresponsive, Larry will try to enlist other community members for assistance. The current account balance is $1711.81.
6. Larry Whelan will draft a letter soliciting funds to support WACC actions, stressing the desire to keep the neighborhood attractive in all respects as intended by the deed restrictions.
7. Al Lutterman will contact Tommie Larrison about a current mailing list as ours is out of date.
