Committee members present: Larry Gensch, Frank Hanson, Craig Barrick, Al Lutterman, and Arne Wenz (Alt.)
1. Layout of water system will be reviewed by Larry Gensch and Frank Hanson, and fire hydrant locations defined. Local fire hydrants should help insurance rates. Lack of a hydrant in the area certainly hindered the fire departments efforts during the Clyburn fire. A better definition of cost can be expected.
2. Letters regarding deed restrictions violations were reviewed and will be mailed to violators this week.
3. An amount of $50 per property was suggested for building up the WACC account. Lack of available funds to pursue legal means of enforcement on violations of deed restrictions make it difficult to achieve compliance if the offending party continues to ignore the requests.
4. Larry Whelan will contact the previous treasurer to see if the committee can get account documentation.
5. Frank Hanson and Al Lutterman will start working on a set of bylaws for the WACC. Arne Wenz will get a copy of bylaws used for a home owners association so that we will have something to go by.
