WACC Meeting
May 1, 2007

Committee members present:  Frank Hanson, Larry Gensch, and Al Lutterman

Guests present:  D. Humminghake, H. Wenz
  1. No response to one of letters of notice regarding deed restriction violations and the other one returned undelivered.  Will follow up on these.  Also need to contact Williamson County Health Department regarding use of unauthorized septic system.
  2. The Water Committee has agreed to start the process of forming a water control improvement district (WCID).  A petition will be drafted by an attorney and will be submitted to Whitetail homeowners on the county election day.  A 50 % majority is required for acceptance.  A copy of the request is attached.
  3. A guest house to be built by R.T. Rhoades on lot 43B was reviewed and found acceptable.
  4. There was no input on the bank account as C. Barrick was not present.
  5. The WACC mail box at Georgetown Post Office is Box No. 243.  Rent on the box is $40.00 per year and it was renewed May 1, 2007.
