- Deed Restrictions Enforced signs have been installed at the Patricia Road entrance and the Deer Draw entrance by William Durr.
- Letters were drafted and approved addressing obvious violations to deed restrictions at two locations. They will be sent registered mail and request a response within 30 days.
- A copy of the deed restrictions is posted on the Whitetail Architectural Control Committee website at "www.whitetailestates.org".
- Website committee pages are no longer part of the website. These were removed because they are not a defined responsibility of the WACC. Interested parties may submit email requests for posting specific pages on the WACC website to Larry Whelan, Webmaster, detailing the requirements, etc. Updates are the responsibility of the submitting party and should be emailed to the Webmaster for posting.
- The sixteen inch water main for the Mayfield Ranch II is being installed along CR 176 in the Brushy Creek ROW. A tee will be installed opposite Deer Draw for possible future service into Whitetail. Some residents of the first few lots on Deer Draw have had discussions with the installing contractor and he has given them a price for running a line approximately 300 yards along Deer Draw. Mark Leach and Howard Heiligmann are to meet with Frank Hanson of the Water Committee to get further input from the contractor regarding costs and engineering requirements.
